We created a poster that promotes a six-step approach to managing weight through informed food choices. It encourages individuals to become food literate by understanding the nutritional content of over 9,000 classified foods. The focus is on making informed dietary decisions, even on a low-carb diet, and incorporating fruits, legumes, and soy into meals.
Users can create balanced meals by selecting foods based on their categories (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) and learn how to structure their plates for optimal nutrition. The poster offers insights into glucose levels at different times of the day and provides a collection of recipes spanning various meals to support healthy eating habits.
